Scientific Route served Yaracuyan children

The Foundation for the Development of Science and Technology (Fundacite) in the state of Yaracuy began 2026 by awakening scientific and astronomical curiosity through the Scientific Route in children and young people from the Nuevo Boraure sector of the Nuevo Renacer 2018 commune, in the municipality of La Trinidad.

During the training activity, the children explored three seasons to simulate the journey of the three wise astronomers in search of the star of Bethlehem, the first of which was solar observation through specialized telescopes, discovering the Sun, the star king of the universe.

Likewise, according to a press release from the Ministry of Science and Technology (Mincyt), attendees experienced the peculiarities of space through virtual reality, with the use of VR lenses, visited the International Space Station, experiencing life in orbit.

In addition, combining fun and learning, the young people took the first steps in programming and building a robot prototype.
