The plenary session that marks the close of the second cycle of talks between the delegation of the National Government and former deputies of the National Assembly in 2015 is in full swing, as reported by the president of the National Assembly (AN), Jorge Rodríguez.

This dialogue table is led by the president of the National Assembly, Jorge Rodríguez, together with former deputy Dinorah Figuera. The purpose of the session is to continue the joint road map for the attention of the issues agreed by both parties on August 12, the date on which the first cycle of talks ended.

It is worth remembering that, during the first meeting, at the first point, the approval of the operating methodology of this initiative and of the technical panels was highlighted.

Also, as a second point, they installed two technical tables: one for emergency response due to the seismic event and the other for strengthening democracy, the Judiciary and the Electoral Power. As a third point, the report indicates that five working sessions were held with the technical panels and five plenary sessions between the two delegations.
