Secretary General of Podemos: We want peaceful elections

The general secretary of the Podemos Party, Gerson Pérez, urged the cessation of hostilities generated by those political and economic sectors against the country.

“To all those mean-spirited businessmen, to all those ex officio politicians who are speaking out against our Republic, we demand that hostility cease,” Pérez said during a debate by the political organization on the 7 Transformations.

In this regard, he asked to isolate those who want to “sow death and sorrow in Venezuela”.

“We want to move forward in elections, yes, but in peace, in harmony, in harmony with the most sublime interests of the Fatherland,” he emphasized.

According to what was published on the Última Noticias web portal, Pérez denounced the Venezuelan extreme right for promoting sanctions, while asserting that the party he represents recognizes the work of Venezuelan institutions such as the National Electoral Council, the Supreme Court of Justice, among others.
