Within the framework of the Venezuela Renace Plan, the sectoral vice-president of Public Works and Services, Juan Ramírez Luces, carried out a supervisory tour of the facilities of the National Pantheon.
During his visit, Luces noted the development of the restoration and architectural conservation work of the National Pantheon of Venezuela.
In this regard, through his Instagram account, he added that the team will work in the next stages on the sanitation of the facades, restoration of interior finishes, on the floors and restoration of moldings and ornamental elements.
On July 25, a multidisciplinary team began work on the comprehensive restoration of the structure of this historic enclosure, originally built as the Church of the Holy Trinity and affected by the earthquake of 1812, which was later refurbished to house the remains of the country's heroes.
