SENADES Arms and Ammunition Department gives specialized workshop to future UNES officers

Granados highlighted that for 12 years of experience, SENADES has urged him to remove firearms from the civilian population.

The National Service for Disarmament (SENADES), held the specialized workshop “Procedure for the Security, Supervision and Evidence Room”, at the headquarters of the National Experimental Security University (UNES), in the Baruta municipality.


The activity was led by commissioner Domingo Granados, director of Arms and Ammunition at SENADES, and included 78 students from the National Training Programs (PNF), in Criminal Investigation, Criminal Investigation, Police and Fire Service.

Granados highlighted that for 12 years of experience, SENADES has urged him to remove firearms from the civilian population, “either through voluntary surrender or through forced procedures, the central objective is to save lives and consolidate territories of coexistence under the premise: One more life, one less weapon”.
