SENADES strengthens prevention and the culture of peace in several states

The National Service for Disarmament (SENADES), issued the Firearm Control and Zones Free Zones training in Sucre state, for the administrative and labor staff of the National Institute of Land Transportation (INTT), addressing the legal framework and the consequences of the use of weapons.
In Guárico, a socio-sports day was held at Banco Obrero, San Juan de los Morros, which included a basketball clinic given by Néstor “Mamá Osa” Salazar. In addition, together with Funicitec 2.25, technical aids, hearing devices, school supplies and sports equipment were provided.
On the other hand, in Monagas and Anzoátegui, the National Service for Disarmament held training workshops with the objective of strengthening inter-institutional coordination with VEN 911 and knowledge about voluntary and forced disarmament.
In addition, in the Tierra Adentro community of Puerto La Cruz, children were counseled on civic values and prevention through playful activities.
Likewise, in Apure, commercial establishments in San Fernando de Apure were inspected together with the Preventive Front, verifying the display of posters and compliance with the regulations of Firearm-Free Zones.
With this territorial deployment, SENADES ratifies its commitment to articulate efforts with Popular Power and State institutions to consolidate safer environments.
