Seven work fronts activated to deal with rain emergencies in Trujillo

Seven work fronts have been activated between different municipalities in the state of Trujillo to deal with emergencies caused by the heavy rains recorded during the last few hours in this entity, Governor Gerardo Márquez reported.
According to a note from the Venezuelan News Agency (AVN), Márquez highlighted that the General Staff for Emergencies remains active in perfect civic-military-police union, giving timely attention to the people in these times of difficulty due to atmospheric instability.
In this regard, he explained that during this week, machinery and personnel have been deployed in the Los Chorros sector, in the municipality of Pampán, where landslides occurred that affected vehicle passage.
In addition, on the El Cruce-Santa Ana axis of this same jurisdiction, at least 11 landslides have been registered, which are also being intervened with machinery.
The president stressed that all safety and prevention agencies are ready to act in the face of any damage that may occur in the face of continued rains.
In the same way, they are constantly monitored and inspected to mitigate risks.
