From this Thursday, November 21 to 23, the 7th “Viva Venezuela Mi Patria Querida” Festival will be held in Valera, Trujillo and Boconó.

On Thursday, November 21, in Valera, the day will begin at 8:00 a.m., with the Traditional Bakery (IMET), Dance, Traditional Wristband and Percussion (Integral Center for the Arts) and the “Parranda, Tones and Ceremonial Songs” Conversation, at La Casa de Los Saberes Josefa Sulbarán (1:00 P.M)

Later, starting at 5:00 p.m., Avenida Bolívar de Valera (at the height of Torre Unión), the groups Danzas Gladys Mota, Giros De Stovacoy, Sociedad De San Benito and Santa Rosa de Lima, Chimbangueles de La Cienaga, Son Tropical, Parranda Criolla, Los Conuqueros, Estudiantina Mario Abreu, vocalists Eloísa Abreu, Yesdrimar Salas, Rafael Delgado, Jairo Marín, Daniela Fontana and the Damboreras from Betijoque.

Meanwhile, in Trujillo, on Friday, November 22, in Trujillanidad Park, on Cuatricentenario Avenue in the Capital municipality, starting at 5:00 p.m., the great cultural festival begins, which will include the participation of Captain Barrios, the Doll of La Calenda and the Dance of the Dwarves, Giros de San Benito de La Mesa De Esnujaque, Locos y Locaína de Santa Ana, Danzas Segundo Joaquín Delgado, Chimbangueles del Tamborón “Doña Teo”, Cantores de Rosario, Tenth of the Heart of Jesus, Solidaridad, Los Tíos De Timirisís, Impacto Trujillano and Recabitas.

In addition, the Methodology for Teaching and Research of Traditional Dance workshop, Clay, Waltz and Violin Modeling Workshop (Mario Briceño Iragorry Public Library), Rag Wristbandry and Traditional Dance workshop (Casa de los Tratados) and the Velorio Song workshop at the Américo Briceño Valero School will be held.

On the other hand, in Boconó on Saturday, November 23 at 5:00 p.m., on Cuatricentenaria Avenue, next to the Zumbador Bridge, Los Compadres, Swin Rumbero, Cantores de Carache, Noches Boconesas, Los Consendos de Los Andes, Tierra y Viento, Indios Espe, Festivities of San Isidro, Baile del Palo y la Cinta and The Shepherds of the Child God of San Miguel will be presented.

The recently reopened “Fabricio Ojeda” Artisan Walk will host the basketry, weaving, traditional music and violin workshops.

The seventh episode of the World Festival “Viva Venezuela, My Beloved Homeland” will be taking place simultaneously in the states of Trujillo, Mérida and Táchira.
