Seychelles expressed solidarity with Venezuela and commitment to the defense of international law

The Minister of People's Power for Foreign Affairs, Yván Gil, held a telephone contact this Monday with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Diaspora of the Republic of Seychelles, Barry Faure, to whom he informed about the criminal military aggression perpetrated by the United States (USA) against Venezuela, on January 3.

“During this communication, I transmitted the voice of the Venezuelan people and the Bolivarian Government in firm rejection of the unjustified military attack that has caused more than one hundred deaths, as well as the kidnapping of Constitutional President Nicolás Maduro and the First Lady, Cilia Flores,” said the Venezuelan Foreign Minister on his Telegram channel.

In his message, Gil noted that “Faure expressed his solidarity and highlighted the commitment of Seychelles to the defense of international law and the Charter of the United Nations.”
