Simon Bolivar School Ship arrives in Margarita for festivities in honor of the Virgin of the Valley

The AB Simón Bolívar School Ship (BE-11) arrived this Thursday at Puerto de Valdez on Margarita Island, Nueva Esparta state, for the festivities in honor of the Virgin of the Valley.

This ship of the Bolivarian Navy, nicknamed Ambassador Without Borders, is currently in the Mariño municipality open to the attention and visit of the public who wishes to join these festivities and traditions.

Visiting hours will be, this Friday, until three in the afternoon; Saturday 5, between 2:00 and 6:00 in the afternoon; Sunday, from nine in the morning to six in the afternoon; and on Monday, from nine in the morning to four in the afternoon.

Every year, the flagship boat with its entire crew arrives on the island for these patron saint festivities.
