Simon Bolivar School Ship sets sail from Saint Kitts and Nevis

This Friday, April 17, the Simon Bolivar School Ship sailed from St. Kitts and Nevis to continue its instructional journey through international waters.

“With the pride of its duty, the Simon Bolivar School Ship successfully completed its official visit to the sister nation of Saint Kitts and Nevis. More than a protocol scale, this journey reaffirms the bonds of union and the Bolivarian Diplomacy of Peace that characterizes our nation,” details a publication published by the Ministry of Popular Power for Defense.

Following the legacy of our Liberator, the crew has strengthened ties of fraternity, cooperation and mutual respect with the authorities and the people of San Cristobal; sharing cultural, sporting and historical experiences and demonstrating that we are a courageous people navigating towards regional integration.”
