Six dead after suicide attack in Pakistan

This Tuesday, Pakistani authorities reported that six people died and others were injured after a suicide attack in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, in the northwest of the Asian country.

 

According to what was published on the Xinhua website, other sources indicated that the incident took place in the Shangla area of the province, where the attacker rammed a car loaded with explosives into a convoy accompanied by five security force vehicles.

 

It is worth noting that one of the vehicles in the convoy, consisting of 13 cars, caught fire and fell into a ravine after the attack. According to authorities, the area was cordoned off for investigations and the injured were taken to the hospital.
