T Spartans from Caracas managed to achieve victory this Sunday against their counterpart Globetrotter from Carabobo, 68 points to 60 in the Valencia Forum.

With this victory, those led by Manuel Berroteran, thus reached the lead of the Venezuelan Professional Basketball Super League championship, with 21 points, and placed with the least difference against Gaiteros del Zulia, who accumulated 20 points and tied for third place in the Crocodiles and Globetrotters table with 19.

In the match, the Dominican Juan Suero scored the most baskets by the capital's team with a total of 20, with five rebounds and three assists, while the Panamanian Eric Romero of the Trotamundos team scored a total of 21 points, but they were not enough to stop the Caracas team.

For Spartans, the offensive of the players Michael Carrera, Richard Bautista and Michael Griffin, who scored eight points each, was also important to keep the score in favor and take first place in the table.
