Start activating the ODDI in Aragua

This Tuesday in Aragua, the activation of the Management Body for Integral Defense (ODDI) began, with the municipality of Francisco Linares Alcántara being the first to take the step, in compliance with the instructions issued by the Bolivarian Government.

It is a body made up of representatives of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) and the citizen security forces, which will act as the coordinating body for the planning and execution of actions aimed at protecting the people and their property, as well as responding effectively to any threat or contingency that may arise.

Francisco Linares Alcántara's ODDI will work on the articulation of public security policies, the promotion of citizen participation in comprehensive defense and preparation for risky scenarios, reaffirming the spirit of resistance and self-determination of the Venezuelan people and represents a fundamental step for the consolidation of the civic-military-police union, in defense of the nation.
