The Superintendency of Banking Sector Institutions (SUDEBAN) reported that banking agencies nationwide will not provide face-to-face service on Monday 23 and Tuesday 24 June because they are holidays.

SUDEBAN confirmed that Monday, June 23, will be a non-working day for the financial sector due to the religious commemoration of Corpus Christi, while Tuesday, June 24, is a national holiday in honor of the Battle of Carabobo.

During these two days, all bank branches, ticket offices and public service offices will be closed throughout the country.

However, electronic services such as online banking, mobile applications and points of sale will continue to be available for users to carry out their financial transactions.

Banking authorities recommend that users plan ahead for their financial needs and carry out any urgent face-to-face operations before the start of the holiday.

Users can report any eventuality or failure in electronic services through the customer service lines of each bank.

In-person operations will return to normal on Wednesday, June 25 at each institution's regular schedule.
