The calendar of the Superintendency of Banking Sector Institutions (SUDEBAN), on Thursday 17 and Friday 18 April 2025, the banking sector throughout the country will cease operations due to the commemoration of Holy Week, during these days, branches and bank offices will remain closed.
Given the suspension of activities in the main offices, some financial institutions may keep external ticket offices operational at certain strategic points, such as branches located in shopping centers, to facilitate certain procedures for users.

Despite the closure of branches, the digital services of banking institutions will remain operational, to allow users to carry out operations such as mobile payments, transfers and other electronic transactions without interruption.
