Supreme Court approved the Special Civil Jurisdiction after the seismic events

The magistrates of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) approved in the Plenary Chamber the establishment of the Special Civil Jurisdiction for the priority care of people affected by the seismic events of last June 24, following the call made by the president in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez.

This resolution also has the contributions of the technical board of the Justice System with the participation of the Attorney General of the Republic, Larry Devoe, and the Ombudsman, Eglée González, to provide immediate attention in the national territory.

This document is approved by all the magistrates who make up the different Chambers of the High Court, in order to contribute to and protect the Venezuelan people, with cases related to the care of the victims of the double earthquake.
