Surgical Day treated 21 children from Socopó in Barinas

At the “Dr. José León Tapia” Hospital in the town of Socopó, Antonio José de Sucre municipality in the state of Barinas, the 9th Pediatric Surgical Day was held to benefit 21 infants in the entity.
The director of the Socopó Hospital, Carolina García, reported that the day, carried out within the framework of the National Surgical Plan, operations of low and medium complexity were carried out, guaranteeing timely care to families who had requested support through the 1×10 System of Good Governance.
According to a press release, García highlighted that this day completes more than 140 boys and girls treated this year, reflecting the commitment of the hospital and the health system to the child population.
