Táchira excelled in rhythmic gymnastics at the III Municipal National Sports Games 2025 when he won the two gold medals in the competitions held at the Cinco Águilas Blancas gymnasium in Mérida.

Tachirense Arabela Roa won her second title in the event after winning the gold medal in the team category.

This time, Roa accumulated 8,930 during her individual staging, with a technical presentation and artistic elements that effectively combined grace and aesthetics to shine on the carpet, ensuring the top of the podium, according to the press release of the Ministry of Sport.

Roa was accompanied on the podium by Arianny Fernández from Zulia, with a score of 8,100, who won the silver one, while the co-jedeña Stefanie Reyes, with 8,040, took the bronze one.

The rhythmic gymnastics culminated on Sunday with Táchira leading the standings with two gold medals, Zulia and Caracas sharing the second rung with a silver one and Cojedes closed the podium with two bronzes.
