This Monday, July 22, the Candidate of the Great Patriotic Pole, Nicolás Maduro, assured that the surnames are obsessed with him because he has not betrayed the People.

From San Cristóbal, Táchira state, during a large rally as part of the closing of his electoral campaign, Maduro maintained that he has never betrayed, nor will he betray the People and that is why his last names are envious of him and are obsessed with him.

Maduro maintained that this is a people willing to have a Homeland, “a perpetual and irreversible homeland”.

“Whoever votes for Nicolás Maduro votes for peace and true stability in Venezuela. It's voting for national independence, the country's sovereignty and for the direct popular democracy of the communes,” he said.

He also said that on July 28 at night he does not want “a show, or a cry on the part of the extreme right”, since “my call has always been to respect the electoral results”.

“That day, everyone should recognize the results of popular sovereignty,” he added.
