Family unity, the approach to the youngest to share teachings and affection are fundamental elements to combat the culture of individualism that is intended to be imposed through social networks, said the deputy for the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Tania Díaz.
During his participation in the podcast Sin Truco Ni Maña, he highlighted how social networks stimulate individualism, selfishness, and “lock people in their tastes”.
“We propose a model, an alternative way of life to what they intend to impose on humanity through digital culture. That's why it's important for families to sit down to eat together, to talk to the children, for grandparents to tell their stories,” said the parliamentarian.
