Terminal La Bandera will mobilize more than 140,000 seasonal workers during Easter 2025

The La Bandera Terminal, located in Caracas, implemented a special operation to guarantee the transfer of more than 140,000 people to various destinations in the country during the Easter holidays 2025. This deployment includes the provision of more than three thousand transport units that will operate throughout the season, reported the Venezolana de Televisión website.

Among the destinations most requested by travelers are San Cristóbal, Maracaibo, Barquisimeto, Valencia, Maracay, Trujillo, Mérida, Falcón, Monagas, Anzoátegui, and others.

The Integral System of Surface Transportation S.A. (SITSSA) has also updated the current rates for domestic routes, linking them to the official rate of the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV), both in this terminal and in the Eastern one.

The Safe Holy Week 2025 device has the support of more than 185,798 officials across the country.

This deployment includes land and maritime vehicles and emergency units, together with the installation of more than three thousand checkpoints and service outposts for citizens. The initiative seeks to promote safety and order during the season.

The users at the La Bandera Terminal have highlighted the efficiency in the organization of the operation, as well as the security and peace of mind provided at control points and priority terminals.

This planning reinforces the authorities' commitment to facilitate access to interurban routes under optimal conditions during this week of vacation.
