As revealed by journalist Carlos Valmore Rodríguez, the start of the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League (LVBP) in the 2026-2027 season is scheduled for October 12.

On social networks, he pointed out that the proposal being handled by the teams would show the defending champion, Navegantes del Magallanes, facing Tiburones de La Guaira at home for the opening day.

A day later, six of the eight teams that make life on the circuit would be in action.
