The Minister of Science and Technology, Yván Gil, and the rector of the Central University of Venezuela (UCV) Víctor Rago Albujas, held a meeting with the purpose of advancing a joint work agenda that strengthens research and scientific innovation at the service of the Homeland.

This was reported by the holder of the Science portfolio through his Telegram channel, where he stressed that the importance of coordination between the Bolivarian Government and universities to create a national ecosystem of science, technology and innovation that allows the integration of academic knowledge are socio-productive processes depending on national development.

“The UCV, with its experience in areas such as energy and agri-food, can contribute significantly to the well-being of the Venezuelan people. Together we will continue to join forces to strengthen the national scientific system and train talent for the rebirth of Venezuela,” said Gil.
