The Bolivarian Government held a full day of social care in the Cristóbal Rojas de Miranda municipality

More than 3,000 people treated during a day of comprehensive care

The Bolivarian Government carried out a comprehensive day of social care in the Cristóbal Rojas municipality in which it served more than 3,000 people from the Las Brisas del Tuy parish.

An articulated effort between the Secretariat of Social Development and the Food Secretariat of the Charallave Mayor's Office, almost 1,300 families in Las Brisas were treated for health care alone, who received general medical consultation and medications free of charge, according to a press release from the Cristóbal Rojas Mayor's Office.

Rafael Hernández, a resident of Las Brisas, thanked the National Government, the Government of the Bolivarian State of Miranda, and the Mayor's Office of the Cristóbal Rojas municipality for providing support for older adults who need medicines, “that's a blessing and I hope they continue to help a lot of people with these days.”

During the activity, attendees also enjoyed a barber shop, as well as the sale of food and protein at solidarity prices through the Sovereign Field Fair held with local producers, under the instructions of the program carried out by the Ministry of Popular Power for Food.

This initiative is part of the social welfare planning carried out by the mayor of Cristóbal Rojas, Yuhismar Hernández, guided by the National Government, through the 4th Transformation of the 7T Plan.

The National Institute of Nutrition, the Women's Institute, the National Institute of Social Services (INASS), the Venezuelan Social Security Institute (IVSS), the National Council for People with Disabilities (CONAPDIS), the Bicentennial Supply Network, the Somos Venezuela Movement, Humanized Childbirth, the Council for Law and Civil Protection were also present.
