The Ministry of People's Power for Electric Energy succeeded in adding an additional 150 megawatts to the Thermocarabobo Thermoelectric Plant, to increase its generation capacity to 450 megawatts.
The incorporation of megawatts was achieved, thanks to the recovery of its third unit, according to information released on the social media channels of the Ministry of People's Power for Electric Energy.
These works reinforce the stability of the National Electricity System (SEN), allowing direct service to families and productive sectors in the states of Zulia, Lara, Carabobo, Falcón and Yaracuy, who depend on this infrastructure to ensure continuity in their daily and economic activities.
The action reaffirms the commitment of the national Government to ensure a stable and reliable electricity service, aimed at the country's productive development and the protection of the population.
