The first eight cavas trucks for food distribution under the Bolivarian School Food Program (PAEB) were received by the National School Food Corporation in Zulia (CNAE-ZULIA) and the Fernanda Bolaños Front, according to an information report from the State Government.

The award ceremony was chaired by Governor Luis Caldera and was held in front of the Palacio de Los Cóndores, headquarters of the regional government. These are the first eight trucks out of a total of 21 that must be delivered in the first half of 2026 to consolidate the PAEB in the state, both in national and state schools, Governor Caldera said.

In addition to the cavy trucks, refrigeration equipment, cookers and kitchen utensils were delivered to incorporate 300 schools into the food program and benefit 129,000 Zuliano boys and girls. The goal is to serve 100% of schools before the end of the school year, according to the governor.
