Residents of the San Agustin parish benefited, this Saturday, from a day of comprehensive social care where access to basic products and medical care was offered to the most vulnerable families in the community.
According to a press release from the Ministry of Interior, Justice and Peace, the event included multiple health, education and social care services, as well as the sale of food at solidarity prices.
This day was attended by officials from the Great Venezuela Women's Mission, who offered women gynecological consultations and medications to guarantee access to health.
It should be noted that a multidisciplinary team treated men, women and children with preventive approaches that seek to promote the values and principles generated in the family nucleus to reduce the factors that generate crimes.
In this regard, Moraima Chirino Primera, responsible for the organization and planning of the Batalla Carabobo 200 community and spokesperson for the Parque Carabobo Plaza community council in the area of defense and security, stressed that “on this day 15 communities converge that are being served in this significant activity.
