The Bolivarian Government will hold cultural and sports activities at the beginning of the year in Caracas

The Government of the Capital District and the Mayor's Office of Caracas announced a series of cultural and sports activities to celebrate the start of the new year 2026.
The program is aimed at citizen coexistence and is called “Time of Reconciliation and Peace”,
Through a post on its Instagram account, the Government of the Capital District, detailed when and where the activities will take place.
The agenda begins on Saturday, January 3, starting at 2:00 in the afternoon, with the Great Carruchada for Reconciliation and Peace on Urdaneta Avenue in the Libertador municipality.
It continues on Sunday, January 4 at 7:00 in the morning, with the “12k Grand Marathon” on the same road artery. Later, starting at 1:00 in the afternoon, the “Parade of Bands Show in Peace and Joy” will take place on Urdaneta Avenue, with the participation of musical groups.
On January 5, starting at 8:00 in the morning, a bike ride will take place at the Llaguno Bridge on Urdaneta Avenue.
Finally, on January 6, starting at 3:00 in the afternoon, the Bajada de los Reyes Magos will take place in Plaza Bolívar in Caracas.
With this program, the authorities seek to promote a culture of peace, respect for human rights and collective life.
