This Wednesday, April 9, the Expoferia Girls and Boys Producers 2025 was installed in Guárico state, whose objective is to show girls and boys the productive and economic potential of Venezuela in areas such as hydrocarbons, tourism and agriculture in a playful and fun way.
The event, which takes place in the spaces of the Combat Octagon of the Olympic City of San Juan de los Morros, ends next Sunday, April 13.
This fair, which covers the country, offers experiences in immersive rooms, interaction with artificial intelligence, video game areas and other stations that allow us to get a closer look at the work being carried out in the country's productive sectors, generating early vocations in the Guariqueño people.
The meeting was opened by the governor of the entity, José Vásquez, who said that this event significantly connects children with the country's potential. “It allows us to guide children and also learn from them,” he stressed.
He said that the scenario serves as a bridge to strengthen students' and visitors' direct knowledge regarding the productivity of the Guárico state, one of the regions with the highest production of crops in the country, including rice, corn, legumes and others.
“Another very important thing, this initiative of the national government awakens in boys and girls an interest in careers in engineering and tourism,” he said.
Vásquez announced the intention to involve school enrollment from other municipalities in the llanera entity in the expoferia and provide an opportunity for them to immerse themselves in a vibrant and enriching environment.
The Expoferia Girls and Boys Producers 2025 is a platform to empower new generations around sustainability, innovation and sovereignty, promoting the use of the country's natural wealth, from hydrocarbons to tourism and agricultural activity.
