The Health Goes to School program serves children in Barinas

A total of 59 girls, boys and adolescents from the Andrés Bello Educational Complex were treated by the ASIC health team, together with the CPT II staff, who carried out a medical approach in the Jobalito sector, Barinas state, as part of the Health Goes to School program.


According to a press release from the Ministry of People's Power for Health, during the activity, the staff of CPT II Jobalito offered consultations on general medicine, nutrition (evaluation of weight and height) and immunization, while students from the University of Health Sciences (UCS) and the Citizens Care team held educational sessions in classrooms, focused on promoting hygiene habits and preventive measures for student well-being.


This deployment responds to the policies implemented by the National Executive to ensure the protection of the school population.
