The Museum of Fine Arts of Caracas, in combination with the telecommunications company Movilnet, held the inauguration of the exhibition “Venezuela, Your Look”, an exhibition that brought together 24 Venezuelan photographers, who were responsible for praising the country's cultural riches, an initiative that was part of Women's Month.

This was reported by the National Museums Foundation on the social network Instagram, in which it highlighted that it seeks to make visible a large, diverse, heterogeneous segment of the social state of Venezuelan documentary photography, with the intention of showing an imaginary map of photographs.

This is the second collection that has been held in this exhibition, because the first time it materialized was at the Armando Reverón Museum of Contemporary Art of Caracas (MACCAR). This cultural venue housed a total of 48 documentary photographs by 24 Venezuelan photographers.

The producer of the inaugurated exhibition, Anaisa Castillo, thanked the vision and quality demonstrated by the 24 photographers who, without a doubt, with their lenses managed to capture unique moments that tell great stories. “It's very interesting to see how Movilnet included this project in its agenda of how to make Venezuela visible,” he said.

He added that five or six women participated in the first edition of the photographs. “All these girls are looking for the artistic, the poetic and to show that Venezuela is a very beautiful country,” she said.
