The National Government began road recovery work on Bicentennial Avenue in Carlos Soublette parish, in La Guaira, which suffered serious damage on June 24 due to the earthquake.

The work, carried out by the Sectorial Vice Presidency for Public Works and Services, includes servicing 6.2 kilometers of roads to restore affected areas and ensure smooth and safe traffic for communities.

The intervention plan, as reported by Venezolana de Televisión, consists of three key stages: in the first, the fractured and deteriorated concrete will be removed; then the road base will be adapted, leveled and compacted; and, finally, the new high-strength concrete slabs will be emptied.

This day is part of the Decent and Safe Clearance Plan, guided by the National Government for the recovery of the strategic infrastructure of the state of La Guaira.
