The National Government held the first meeting of the National Superior Body for Housing and Habitat

This Friday, the 19th, at the Fabricio Ojeda Endogenous Development Center in Caracas, the first meeting of the year of the National Superior Body for Housing and Habitat, was held to evaluate plans in this area.
The information was provided by the Ministry of Popular Power for Habitat and Housing, through its account on the social network X, in which it specified that during the day, the minister of this office, Ildemaro Villaroel, together with the head of the Government of the Capital District (GDC), Nahum Fernández and the mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, awarded “13 decent homes, 20 certificates to the #AVV, 39 land titles and 14 urban land titles to families from the City of Caracas.”
In another message, he also highlighted that in a few days the 4,900,000 milestone of the GMVV will be unveiled, “which is estimated to be next week”.
For his part, the head of the GDC, Nahum Fernández, explained that the vertices of the Great Venezuela Housing Mission (GMVV) will be strengthened together with the assemblies of Venezuelans living in the city.
Fernández explained that the purpose is to carry out in an organized manner the “replacement of roofs, waterproofing and other tasks, in order to consolidate new projects”.
He added that with the 7Q 2030 and the 19 lines of action of the capital city, they assume different areas with the mayor's office, which will be served “efficiently, in compliance with Good Living policies”.
