This Sunday, the United Nations Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Middle East (UNRWA) reported that a total of 142 aid workers from that organization have lost their lives by Israeli firefighters against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
In this regard, he specified that since the founding of UNRWA, the number of humanitarian workers who have died has been higher due to the terrorist actions of the Zionist regime, and 123 of its facilities have been damaged as a result of these attacks.
According to what was published on the TELESUR website, UNRWA estimated that more than 85 percent of the population of Gaza has been displaced by Zionist aggression, of which 1.77 million are in shelters from that agency.
“At this dark time, it is difficult to wish 'Merry Christmas' to those who are celebrating, in the midst of loss, pain and destruction,” UNRWA said in its statement.
