The Public Health System has 129 new medical specialists

At the Maracay Opera House, Girardot municipality, 129 doctors and doctors were accredited as new specialists, with the purpose of continuing to consolidate the National Public Health System in the state of Aragua.
According to a press release from the Ministry of Health, the professionals graduated from the Programmed Care Residencies Leading to Certified Specialist (RAPCCE) program. Of this group, 86 completed their training at the Maracay Central Hospital, 24 at the José María Benítez Hospital, 17 at the José Rangel Hospital and 2 at the Cipriano Castro Hospital.
The specialties in which they trained cover medical areas such as anesthesiology and resuscitation, general surgery, pediatric surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery, gynecology and obstetrics, hematology, infectious diseases, emergency and disaster medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, internal medicine, adult nephrology, neurosurgery, ophthalmology, pediatology, traumatology, urology and otorhinolaryngology.
