A project for the rehabilitation and construction of 5,000 desks is being carried out at the Rómulo Gallegos University (Unerg) in San Juan de los Morros, Guárico state, to guarantee better study conditions for the energy community.
The rector of this house of studies, César Gómez, pointed out that this plan includes carrying out welding tasks, applying paint, placing new wood and others.
He explained, as reported by the newspaper Úlmas Noticias, that this is part of the consolidation of the sustainable endogenous development of the university house of studies. “We want to continue to provide and generate appropriate spaces for students,” he stressed.
For his part, Isnel Carias, from the Federation of University Centers (FCU) of the Unerg, indicated “that we have done a lot with little”, referring to the effort made to create adequate and functional spaces.
The spokesperson highlighted the collaboration that has been taking place between students, teachers, academic authorities and the Government of Guárico, to promote the transformation of the University.
