The second group of Venezuelan athletes who will participate in the South American Youth Championships arrived in Panama

The second group of Venezuelan athletes who will participate in the IV South American Youth Games has arrived in Panama.

The karate do, athletics, weightlifting, fencing, 3×3 basketball and chess teams will participate in the closing of the multi-sport event.

The first to see action will be weightlifting and track and field athletes, both of which are scheduled from April 22 to 25 next.

The rest of the sports will be included in the competition agenda starting April 23.

Currently, Venezuela is in third place in the medal table with 15 gold, 9 silver and 18 bronze dams.
