The Venezuelan four vibrates at La Casona Cultural with the talent of the Caracas Symphony Project

In an emotional acoustic celebration, the Venezuelan four established itself as the ultimate symbol of national identity during the celebration of the National Day of the Four, held in the spaces of the Aquiles Nazoa Cultural House.
The day was attended by children, young people and adults belonging to the Caracas Symphony Project, who wasted talent in interpreting a repertoire that covered the diverse sounds of our land, reaffirming the value of this instrument as a cultural heritage of the nation.
The mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, was present at the event, stressing that the four is the unifying element of all traditional demonstrations in the country. “This instrument unites our cultural expressions and maintains deep roots in each of the states of Venezuela,” said the local president
For his part, the Minister of Popular Power for Culture, Raúl Cazal, stressed that the expression “Four in the Heart” perfectly sums up the string fabric where all of Venezuela is tuned to the same melody.
During the meeting, the authorities agreed that the number four is not just a musical companion, but a tool for social cohesion that allows Venezuelans to recognize themselves in a single sound, thus celebrating the validity of a tradition that continues to flourish in the hands of Caraquena's youth.
