The Brazilian team Fortaleza announced the purchase of the young Venezuelan flyer Kervin “Tuti” Andrade, until 2028.

“We announced the acquisition of federal rights and 50% of the economic rights, according to the pre-established contract, of the offensive flyer Kervin Andrade,” the club reported through its account on the social network X.

He also announced that the contract is valid until the end of 2028 and with the value of the transaction being 650,000 dollars.

Andrade joined Fortaleza's under-20 team in July 2023 on loan from Deportivo La Guaira, from the Venezuelan Football League (FUTVE League).

After his brilliant performance, he was promoted to the first team where he played 9 games, contributing 3 goals and the same number of assists.

“An athlete for whom we are very happy to be able to exercise the purchase option as stipulated in the contract, when we brought him to the base. We purchased 50% of his pass for 650,000 dollars, when we had already paid 40,000 dollars for the Deportivo La Guaira loan,” explained Marcelo Paz, CEO of Fortaleza EC SAF.

He also said that Tuti (as he likes to be called) has been welcomed by his teammates, by Vojvoda and by the entire club. “He is very happy with this longer contract and with continuing to receive all the love of our fans.”
