The former diplomat of the United States (USA), James Story, known for his clear participation in the failed “interim” of the criminal Juan Guaidó and for promoting sanctions against Venezuela, questioned the official version about the boat attacked in Caribbean waters, with which they intend to link Venezuela.

Story explained that the number of crew members does not match the usual patterns of drug trafficking. “What worries me are, for example, this boat, that panga that was attacked with 11 people. First, drug boats never carry so many people. Normally there are four, five, six, maximum, maximum, usually there are three or four,” he said

In addition, he added that there are no clear data on the origin or destination of the vessel, which increases doubts about the White House version. “I would like to have more information about where it came from, where it was going to arrive, what it was in there with, and we don't have any information,” he acknowledged.

Recently, President of the Republic Nicolás Maduro reiterated that the United States uses media and military montages to justify threats of intervention, as it has done for decades in various countries around the world.
