According to the banking calendar for 2024, the Superintendency of Banking Sector Institutions (SUDEBAN) reported that this Monday, November 18, will be a bank holiday, as it is the Day of Our Lady of the Rosary of Chiquinquirá.

For this reason, banks will not provide service to their customers at branch ticket offices.

Bank branch customers will be able to use the banking system through electronic and mobile banking services, transfers, points of sale, cash machines, mobile payment and balance inquiries via telephone or Internet.

However, some banks may keep external ticket offices operational on holidays, mainly branches in shopping centers, but they must be consulted on the websites of each bank.

In this regard, the next bank holidays will be:

-Tuesday, December 24 (national holiday)

-Wednesday 25th (Nativity of Our Lord)

-Tuesday, December 31 (national holiday).
