Tiburones de La Guaira y Caribes de Anzoátegui victorious on Sunday at the LVBP

Tiburones de La Guaira defeated Bravos de Margarita 6-3, at the University Stadium of the Capital City, on Sunday, October 26 for the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League (LVBP).

Pitcher Oddanier Mosqueda took the victory. While Carlos Navas, bore the defeat.

With a single by Jesús Sucre with the bases full at the close of the ninth inning, Caribes de Anzoátegui left Leones del Caracas on the field 11-10, at the Alfonso “Chico” Carrasquel Stadium in Puerto La Cruz.

The victory went to pitcher Diego Moreno and the defeat went to Junio Flórez.

This is the fifth consecutive win for the Tribe that is consolidated in the standings after two and a half games behind the leader Tigres de Aragua.

For their part, the Melenudos are in the fourth three and a half games behind the first. Followed by the Scualos to four games. While the Insulars are second to last five from the top.
