More than 70 entrepreneurs and Tourism Service Providers from the Capital District participated in a technical and financial advisory day led by the Mutual Guarantee Society for Small and Medium Enterprises in the Tourism Sector (SOGATUR) and the National Credit Bank (BNC).
According to information from the Ministry for Tourism, the central purpose of the activity was to present various funding opportunities for the growth of tourism projects.
During the meeting, a multidisciplinary team from the BNC unveiled the “Grow Entrepreneur” program, designed to train attendees in areas of finance, marketing and legal aspects. The project seeks to encourage the creation of ideas that energize and promote national tourism and thus contribute to the country's economic growth.
In this regard, the representative of the BNC, María Celis, invited interested parties to formalize their status through the National Entrepreneurship Registry to access various financing plans for business growth.
The initiative is part of a comprehensive training and support program, aligned with the policies of the national Government through the Ministry of Popular Power for Tourism, for the development of the country's tourism sector.
