Train and bus crash leaves five dead and 15 injured in Indonesia

This Sunday, at least five people died and 15 were injured in a train collision in Indonesia.

“At the time of the incident, the train driver blew the horn repeatedly, but it was not attended to by the bus driver, so the collision was inevitable. The train dragged the bus about 50 meters away,” said Zaki Assjari, public relations manager at PT KAI Divre IV Tanjung Karang.

According to what was published on the Xinhua website, the accident occurred at a crossing in the Ogan Komering Ulu Oriental regency, in the province of South Sumatra, at 13:10 local time (06:10 GMT).
