Training began for electoral authorities for the Popular Consultation on March 8

The members of the Bureau and Presidents of Electoral Commissions (PCE) began this Thursday, February 18, the training phase for the National Popular Consultation on March 08, the Ministry of Popular Power for Communes, Social Movements and Urban Agriculture reported on its website.
The process is carried out through the eCAP Consulta portal. with the objective of training those selected in the management of voting instruments and the organization of centers in their territories.
The accreditation register for the management of voting centers will remain open until next Friday, March 06.
To obtain certification, users must complete the registration on the official site ecapconsulta.cns.org.ve:9443 using the following steps:
Access: Enter identity card number and nationality.
Validation: Confirm personal data and enter an email to receive the verification code.
Training: Enter the menu with the created password and select the training button.
The eCAP Consulta system works as the technological tool for the management of the 2026 elections. The learning modules cover the functions of table members, filling out minutes and voter flow during the event.
This requirement is the prerequisite for the installation of the tables in each territorial area, where community management projects will be chosen through suffrage.
