Last Wednesday, February 18, the training process began for the Bureau Members and President of the Electoral Commission (PCE) who will participate in the first National Popular Consultation of the year 2026, scheduled for March 8.

The training day, which will run until Friday, March 6, is carried out through the eCAP Consulta technological platform, with the objective of certifying Spokeswomen and Spokespeople in the management of electoral instruments of self-government.

Through this platform, People's Power strengthens its capacities to guarantee the organization of voting centers and the transparency of democratic exercise in the territory, according to a note from the Ministry for the Communes.

To start the process, they must access the link: https://ecapconsulta.cns.org.ve:9443/, select the “Register user account” option, enter the identity card and mark their nationality.

Then, they must confirm their personal data on the screen. It is essential to validate the information and enter an active email, since that way they will receive the necessary verification code to complete the registration in the “Verify Code” option.

Once access has been generated, Bureau Members and PCEs must enter the main menu with their ID and password and press the “Training” button, in which they will obtain the technical tools that will allow the successful conduct of the elections in each territory.
