The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Alexei Danilov, referred dismissively to Beijing's special representative for Eurasian Affairs, Li Hui, whose diplomatic mission is focused on helping to resolve the Ukrainian conflict.

During his appearance on a local television channel, Danílov made it clear that he did not remember the diplomat's name and distorted his name, pronouncing instead of his last name a word that means penis in obscene language.

At the same time, he stated that Hui has no right to dictate how Ukraine should negotiate peace with Moscow, Russia Today (RT) details on its website.

“I don't understand who can take our territories, our lands, and squander them like that. Because to some ***, sorry, with a last name whatever, or to someone else there it seemed that he should decide this. This will be decided by the people of Ukraine, led by the president,” Danilov said.
