UNESR graduates more than 100 new graduates in Education with a mention in Cultural Development

The Simón Rodríguez National Experimental University (UNESR) and the Cultural Mission Foundation celebrated the graduation of more than 100 new graduates in Education, mentioned Cultural Development.
According to information from Venezolana de Televisión, this achievement is part of the framework agreement between the two institutions, which seeks to promote the formation and deployment of the creative forces of the Venezuelan people.
The event was held in the auditorium of the Casa del Artista, in Caracas, and was attended by the Minister of Popular Power for Culture, Ernesto Villegas; the Deputy Minister of Culture, Karen Millán; the rector of the UNESR, Ana Alejandrina Reyes, and other academic authorities, teachers, tutors and facilitators of cultural transmission, from various states of the country.
In this regard, Minister Villegas emphasized the commitment of new professionals to culture and national identity. “These steps that each of the new professionals took, when they came out with a degree in hand, are no longer to have them under their arms, but to carry them with their hearts, in the battle for our culture and identity,” he said.
He also emphasized the importance of Venezuelanism, describing it as a tangible concept, which is manifested in the cohesion and identity of the people. In addition, he mentioned that more than 500 thousand cultivators registered in the Great Mission Viva Venezuela, My Beloved Homeland, close to 90% are willing to share their knowledge and train new generations.
Villegas also highlighted the importance of the event in the current historical context of Venezuela: “This event takes place at a time when the telluric energies of history are concentrated on Venezuela, and we are on the verge of a definitive electoral process, which will impact Venezuelan life for the next 50 years.”
He took the opportunity to invite all interested parties to train and give academic body to popular knowledge, to bring the academy closer to the people, and vice versa: “Welcome everyone who wants to train and give academic substance to this popular knowledge, so that the academy can also bring the academy closer to our people, and our people to the academy, giving meaning to everything we do”.
For her part, the rector of the UNESR, Ana Alejandrina Reyes, explained that the pedagogical task of the educational institution is to honor the legacy of the Eternal Commander Hugo Chávez, through this cultural program, to reach all corners of Venezuela.
“We are here fulfilling a life mission, how important it is to see it fulfilled in you here, on such an important date as this, on the anniversary week of the Cultural Mission. We are honoring Commander Chávez with this act, here is a cultural army,” he said.
