University of Health Sciences graduated 1,745 new specialists

Authorities from the University of Health Sciences (UCS) awarded specialist and master's degrees to 1,745 professionals, who participated in 35 advanced training programs.
The UCS, as reported by the Venezuelan News Agency, highlighted that with this event, which took place in the auditorium of its headquarters in Caracas, they strengthen the National Public Health System.
The ceremony was led by rector Nuramy Gutierrez; vice-rector Gregorio Sánchez; secretary Isabel Merlo; and authorities from the Capital District.
The specialists completed their training in General Integral and Forensic Medicine, as well as Gynecology and Obstetrics, Pediatrics and Childcare, Psychiatry and Community Mental Health, Nephrology, Urology, Cardiovascular Nursing and Oncological Care.
Gutiérrez stressed that this achievement responds to the commitment to consolidate the system and that these professionals represent fundamental support for the development of public health.
